Our speaker on May 9th was Chris Holm, a Past District Governor from Minnesota.
Chris spoke about how the Rotary Foundation, the heartbeat of Rotary, has evolved since its beginning. He hilighted the power of matching grants, using the press and making sure the groups that benefit would not receive those benefits from other sources. He urged us to pick large projects that can be successful and sustainable.
