We held our first Club social on October 8th at Handlebar Pub & Grill in Apache Junction. A good time was had by all.
On Saturday morning October 5th, Rotarians from Superstition Mountain Rotary Club participated in Make a Difference Day 2024. This event brings together volunteers from the city, faith community, clubs and organizations, non-profits, businesses, and individual volunteers, who all participate in a common mission. The volunteers contribute time and energy to help make a difference in meeting the needs of our community.
Work sites included cleaning up some areas of community parks, removing trash from some neighborhood communities, trail maintenance, planting native plant species, removing invasive plant species, and more. The event is a partnership with the City of Apache Junction, focusing on conservation, cleanup, and beautification of areas within city limits.
