1. Gene Anderson reminded us of his brass group's concert on Sunday, April 6 at 2 PM at Our Savior's Lutheran Church located on Ellsworth between Southern and Broadway.

2. Len reminded us of the Fish Fry at Jack Beveridge's home at 6560 E. Flatiron Loop at 5 PM this coming Saturday.  There will be a list of Rotarian attendees at the gate - just give the guard your name.  If you still need to pay the $25 per person, bring a check made out to the club and give it to Dan at the event.

3. Bob Benjamin brought a plaque and a check for our service participation in the Lost Dutchman Marathon.  He presented the plaque to Asst City Manager Bryant Powell to hang on his office wall.

Bob then presented a check for $2,000 to President Len.

4. Len announced that Lars Carlson and Trina Cheng have had to resign from the club due to business pressures.

5. Len introduced our newest member Bonnie Gable and presented her with her badge, Rotary pin and new member packet.

6. Sharon Stinard reported on our scholarship distribution for this year.  10 awards will go to AJ high school students, 1 to an Apache Trail High School student and 5 to Central AZ College students.

7. Bill Burrows brought us the Darwin awards for the year featuring people who voluntarily removed themselves from the human gene pool by stupid acts.  His elephant keeper story topped the list.

8. Mike Dungan read off a long list of names of members who have never visited our web site at www.superrotary.com.

9. Art Hergatt won the drawing worth $137 today and $10, but he drew the 4 of clubs so the pot grows.
