Karl spoke about challenges re-energizing band efforts post-pandemic.

Don spoke about the AJHS Band Boosters role to get parents involved, and help with supplies, food, equipment and other items. March 22

Club members had the pleasure of getting to know more about new members, Cathy and John Bishop, through interesting 'Classification Talks'. Cathy and John shared information about themselves - and and their backgrounds.

Stepping into the role of Club Sergeant of Arms for this meeting, Terralle Moore conducted a fun auction that 'raised some money for the children'. Among items auctioned off was a Rotary Cookbook, which was successfully bid upon by visiting Rotarian Fitore Shrock.

The club is saddened to announce the loss of member, Judy Lutes, who passed away recently. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Judy's family. She will be missed.

March 15

Our speaker was Marian Mitchel, a 'Nutrition Health Coach'. Her consulting practice is 'Road To Living Whole'. She has a 'Top 200 Podcast in Alternative Health'.

Marian shared a wealth of information about how we can all eat healthier -- without being on 'being on a fad diet' - and as a result can become healthier. She works with clients to help teach them about foods that support the body, increase energy without being bored with the food choices, nor feeling restricted. She spoke about important diet/food tips to help us all, as we advance in age.
