1. Brian Kabat was our Acting President today.
2. John Pennypacker introduced Beth Garrow, the Major Gifts Officer for Zone 26. Her home club is in Carlsbad, CA.
3. Len reminded us of the need to start getting drawing and silent auction gifts for our Rotary Golf Tournament.
4. Aaron McDermid passed around a sign-up sheet to participate in this year's Dictionary Project. Time slots are available at 10 AM, 10:45 AM and 2 PM.
5. Bryant Powell presented Ed Shockley with a PHF + 2 pin.
6. Bob Crow reported that in the month of September, our club members contributed $210 to The Rotary Foundation, $900 to the Polio Plus Fund, and $1,200 for Hurricane Harvey relief.
7. The drawing today was worth $340.50. Mike Munion won the drawing and $10 but drew the 5 of hearts. It was Mike's birthday today so he was super lucky.
